Bit Bar Salem's kitchen is known for their mouthwatering bites with a nostalgic twist. For instance, braised pork belly walking tacos are served atop a bed of Cool Ranch Doritos. Another signature dish is their elk burger, served with smoked cheddar and bacon atop a doughnut/croissant hybrid.
