Mr Crepe, Salem

With it's named sprawled in wrought iron cursive across the wall and a simply chic interior, the airy aesthetic of Mr. Crepe is almost as enjoyable as the spot's delicious offerings. First and foremost a creperie, chefs here spread papery-thin circles on a hot griddle with expert flicks of the wrist until each is golden brown. Then, the crepes receive welcome helpings of cheese, meat, and sautéed veggies or thick globs of nutella or belgian dark chocolate topped with slices of fresh, seasonal fruits. Besides the signature list of crepes, Mr. Crepe offers soups and salads, pastries, and an espresso bar.
