Owners Mike, Katrina Adams & their children take their time crafting the barbecue bounty at Adam's Rib Smoke House. Low and slow is the moto. The ribs, brisket, Tri-Tip, and pork are slow-smoked over red oak, hickory, and mesquite woods, imparting a smokiness that can't be hurried. These meticulous plates and sandwiches are then paired with house-made sides such as sweet poquito beans and creamy red-potato salad, plus a selection of 6 local microbrews on tap. The result is a menu that has earned the restaurant Best BBQ of the Mid-Valley for 9 years

Amazing food. Huge variety of sauces, clean restaurant, and friendly/helpful staff. For the price, you get alot of food. Highly recommend!

It was okay. I ordered three meats, Beef Brisket, Pulled pork and pork ribs. The ribs were good which is why I gave three stars cause the brisket and pulled pork were dry and lacked smoke flavor. The sauces are good if you like tomatoe based BBQ but, there aren't any vinegar-red pepper flake or mustard base sauces.
