What was the inspiration to start or run this business? “Having business coaches, close friends and family for guidance and support has helped me stay focused on what I’m accomplishing with my team of ninjas! I’m excited to professionalize the fitness industry in my town of Salem.”

What do you love most about your job? My favorite part of coaching, other than “when people ring that damn PR bell,” is seeing my clients leave the baggage of their day at the door, give their workout full effort, and when they break a personal record, they can still have a good day.

Awesome experience Joe was very informational and knowledgeable about were I need to start my exercise journey and how to successfully work my program. Connected right away with a coach Erika. She was very delightful, upbeat with a great energy and personality.
