About The Lotus Studio

Exercise is for everyone. That's the belief at The Lotus Studio, where classes include yoga, Zumba, dance, and specifically designed fitness classes for seniors. Yoga classes range from flow-style and power yoga to relaxing yin yoga and chair yoga classes for those with weight-barring limitations. Zumba, meanwhile, feels more like a party than a workout, as participants burn calories while moving to easy-to-follow dance steps set to international rhythms. Kids get to have fun during Tumble Bugs gymnastics, ballet, and other dance classes to distract them from asking for a pony before every meal.
