I attended my first class yesterday and they were very helpful with getting me setup and taking the time to get me comfortable with the movements. They’re also really good about scaling the workouts for you to meet your fitness level. I had a great time and a great workout.

We had a great experience doing our Cross Fit 101 class. Dave was very patient and knowledgeable, all the people were friendly and made us feel welcome. The facility was very nice, more than enough space and equipment and very good environment. I would reccomend Iron Strong very highly!

The staff and members are welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. There is a focus on proper form and technique, and workouts are always broken down and explained/demonstrated well. You will feel accomplished after a class, working out within your range of ability. This is a great spot! :)
