Gets super crowded on holidays that kids are out of school (during winter/spring break) and get there early when they open for a better experience/less kids and craziness.

What a disappointment. This place has really gone downhill. The water area does not make sense, nor is there enough aprons. There are so many missing toys. The toys on the first level are broken or missing, Yet the membership price continues to go up. And $3 for small box of animal cookies - this place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!
