I've visited multiple previous times in the (late) evening and ordered a hot drink. This time, I was told that the hot drink machine is shut down at 8:30 (though place is open until 10:00)

We love Ugurt. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is that while we were there, a homeless person came in, filled a cup and messed with some of the toppings and then walked out without paying. The employee just watched and didn't say anything.
