She does a very good job.

It's a pet peeve of mine to have a stylist or nail tech talk about their life/problems the entire appointment. Just not professional at all. Also did not trim my cuticles on my toes or clean under my nails. I've had enough pedicures to know that a few steps were skipped during the mani-pedi. Maybe she didn't do it because so had a groupon and wasn't a full-price paying customer??

WOuld not return my phone calls for weeks to schedule the appointment. When she finally called me back (after I called Groupon and the manager where she rents the space for the nail salon). When I arrived she was a half hour to 40 minutes behind schedule so I just sat there. Just hours after the pedicure and manicure my nail polish completely chipped off and my nails were left jagged. I would report that it was the worst manicure and pedicure I've had. I bought the package of two manicures and two pedicures for $40 and she will not return my phone calls to schedule my other pedicure and manicure!!! I was going to give it to my daughter for her daddy daughter dance!

She was still working on previous client, didn't greet us or apologize for starting 1/2 hr late on mine, & the actual mani-pedi looked very unprofessional. My daughter decided she didn't want to get her nails done, partially due to how late it was by the time I was finished, but mainly due to the quality of the work
