Yoga Sunné is a yoga organization situated with two open and modern studios in both Sugarhouse and Cottonwood Heights, UT. Their goal is to create self-transforming sessions with their guided classes for all different levels of yogis. They achieve this with their eight core instructors who help participants set an intention for each practice, on both an individual and more widespread level. Classes range from hot flow to chakra flow and yogalates. Additionally at each studio, they offer teacher training for those looking to take their yoga practices to a more intense level.
