Switching Appointment: After setting up my appointment online, I called and confirmed. When I arrived, my appointment had been switched without getting a phone call. It worked out, but it certainly would have been more professional to call me before I arrived.

As a massage therapist myself -- I did not find the Silver Cloud table all that great. I have sat in massage chairs that I feel do better. Also, the 30 min massage I got -- the therapist was not that great -- she kept using the same strokes over and over again. I asked to work my upper back and shoulders area and she never even moved my arms to get up under my shoulder blades.
