This is bull. I called and called. I left voicemail after voicemail to set up my appointment. The company never answered and never returned my calls. Now they've marked it as redeemed. It feels like I had no recourse at all and just got scammed. I am incredibly frustrated. They made me pay first and then just took the Groupon money
