Nearly 40 different mojitos help fuel the festive environment at Azuca, where food, culture, and colorful decor take guests on an adventure through the Caribbean and Central and South Americas. Though the restaurant's name translates to "sweet" in Spanish, the menu here offers plenty of savory options, including a Brazilian fejoijoada dish composed of slow-cooked pork shank simmered in black beans, fresh orange, and fried cassava.

True to its name, though, the restaurant doles out several specialty desserts, such as flan cubano with rum-marinated currants. However, on weekends visitors might want to skip dessert and save some energy for dancing. That's because full bands stop by on Friday and Saturday night to fill Azuca with celebratory music. Then on Saturday afternoon, diners can partake in salsa lessons and learn from a professional dancer who can cure even the most severe cases of two left feet.
