About Edwards Ridge Distillery

Edwards Ridge Distillery is a craft distillery making small batches of distilled spirits. They have two varieties of rum: silver and gold. The William, Talus Silver came first and is recommended for both sipping and mixing. The William, Talus Gold is the same basic formula, but it has been aged in a barrel for added smoothness. Edwards Ridge opens its doors Thursday–Saturday to give curious tipplers an insider's look at the distilling process and a taste test.

I don’t like rum but there white rum was amazing. They have very good Amaretto also. Both the bar tender and the tour guy were very nice and informative. Whenever I’m in San Antonio without my kids I will most definitely go back for a bottle of rum amaretto and a good time.

The owner & staff were all friendly and informative. Looking forward to getting the rock glasses. Owner informed us they were out but took our address and stated they would get more & we would get them within a couple weeks. Well neither one of us ever received them. We both had called several times & told they would be mailed & took our addresses again. Over 6 months and have never received. :(
