At Half Moon Power Yoga, instructors share the same strong passion for yoga, although they represent a variety of different approaches towards it. Take Patrick Mills and Michelle Hamilton, the co-owners of Half Moon. Patrick as an ex-serviceman likes to challenge his students to rise above limitations. Michelle, on the other hand, prefers breath-focused workouts, designed to maintain a healthy balance between the mind, body, and soul. Together with eight other yoga teachers, they offer classes ranging from gentle-to-moderate to high-intensity in friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Really nice staff and studio. The class I took was challenging and not very beginner oriented, but good for me since I have been practicing for awhile.
