Innovative Fitness is a friendly, laid back gym. The Level 1 pole instructor, Raven, is very knowledgeable and has a passion for pole. I’ve taken pole classes from Innovative Fitness off and on for over a year. The instructor and I are on a first name basis and she is very friendly. If you are brand new to pole, this gym is a great place to start. If you’re more experienced and interested in more challenging lessons and steadier progression, you will probably want to find an actual pole studio (but there are none yet in Bryan/College Station).
