Founded in 2005, LoneStar Handgun Shooting Range has become the largest training school in South Texas and is the largest shooting range in the San Antonio area. It has a retail shop with firearms, accessories, holsters, ammunition and training room. Wide selection of firearms for rent to include machine guns. Situated on 115 acres the facility has 53 covered shooting bays, 8 private shooting bays (7-65 yds), 2 50 yd maneuver bays and clay pigeon fields. This facility appeals to the professional that carries a gun for a living, but is also a family oriented experience that all can enjoy. The goal of this facility is provide a fun atmosphere so that the entire family can enjoy shooting sports. Open Monday - Saturday with an entry fee of $10.95 per shooter for all day use.
