My coupon had expired so I was using the face value of what I paid.. the owner refused to give me the amount I paid she was rude and didn't care about doing the right thing.

VERY SLOW service and the restaurant wasn't even busy! There were only two tables occupied when we were there.

We had to ask someone to wait on us after sitting there for 20 minutes watching waitresses walking around

We went on a day they had a spurs game and they were short handed. The club/bar part of the restaurant was getting more service than we were . We waited 1 hour and our food never came out so we left and went to bill millers and got food in 10 min

Be careful of their burrito selection, I had the smallest one and it's larger than most! Nice place, good food. I almost passed it up, because the Marianito's sign is small and there's a large "151 Pub" sign on the side of the building. It's located right next to Rudy's BBQ.

Good food, good service. I almost didn't go because of bad reviews regarding bad service. I'm glad I paid no mind. I will definitely go back!

From Our Editors

Marianito's owners Felix and Judy Ximenez break culinary norms by supersizing classic Tex-Mex fare that has lured in visitors from as far away as Japan and the Middle East. The eatery's signature dish, a 7-pound burrito called the Extreme Grizzly, poses a challenge that, as of 2011, had only seen three victors—finish the behemoth in an hour and it's free. Once done with their meal, eaters can scribble poetic musings or a funny caricature of their enchilada on the restaurant's Hancock-ready wall.
