Poor customer service & experienced burns from treatment, faculty was unsympathetic.

Experience there was hit or miss, sometimes staff were pleasant and professional, other times not so much. One time I was turned away for being 5 min late, but another time I waited an hour for my treatment and equipment didn't even work properly.
