Service didn’t seem to include everything and wasn’t an hour long. Felt rushed - 45 min at best. Lots of paperwork that is unnecessary and invasive for the service being provided. Too many rules/limitations, focus on Groupon - makes you feel like they really don’t want to accept them. Why sell them?

It was a basic facial cleansing with moisturizer and hot towels. Massage was nice. But no steam, no exfoliation, no mask. Just cleaning and lotion pretty much. Lasted exactly 35 min. Not worth it at all.
