I have purchased Groupons for Skin Diva twice! And TWICE now, they've discontinued the services which left me with the inconvenience of having to fight for my refund Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! There are a lot of medical spas out there with comparable services that would never treat their customers with SUCH disrespect It's a shame they take the "Diva" out of Skin Diva!
