Aside from the free weights we have specialized equipment for Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Strongman, Cross-training and much more. Chalk use is encouraged.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The atmosphere of everyone around keeps one set to their goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Texas Strength Systems originally started as a meet setup and manufacturing company and has made its name known in the powerlifting community. We now are bringing our products and knowledge to the community to help make SA fit.

What do you love most about your job?
Texas Strength Systems does not push anyone to sign up for personal training nor does it set a quota for the trainers making it a stress free environment and a gym for the people.

It’s the best gym in Texas hands down. Best equipment, best atmosphere, best staff. Good luck finding better.

Needed a gym for winter break and this is definitely the place to go. Awesome equipmemt layout, helpful staff, and always something to do. Plus the Barbell Club is pretty cool too.
