The Groupon for Brien Shamp's Boot Camps is such a great deal! It's a great way to get kickstarted into getting into shape and feeling better about yourself overall. I really enjoyed the program. But be warned, you will get hooked and want to continue on and the classes are much more expensive than the deeply discounted Groupon. But I totally think it's worth it!
