What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
First and the only Kundalini Yoga studio in San Clemente! Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness. It's focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. It is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit. Therefore it is for everyone! :)

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The practitioner will gain flexibility, patience, strength, endurance , focus, enhanced ability to relax and clear the mind. Kundalini Yoga sets, kriyas, and meditations. It is truly will-powering and will expand the practitioners awareness within him/herself. Classes are self paced.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love that every aspect of our practice benefits the way we experience life and we are grateful to share the teachings.

What do you love most about your job?
