What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _We are a 30 minute, full-body, fitness kickboxing workout and are open to all experience levels. We don't have any class times, so come when it's convenient! We change the workout everyday to promote muscle confusion. Best of all: you get a trainer with every workout! _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We love fitness and healthy lifestyles! All of our current trainers were members that loved our workout so much we hired them!

What do you love most about your job? We love seeing people hit their fitness goals. When someone tries our workout for the first time and can't do a situp and then goes on to crush situps after just a few weeks - it's rewarding!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? We have recently seen someone burn 700 calories in one 30 minute workout. It was exciting for everyone!
