My purchase was at the Palm Springs location. I get the impression the folks who work here do not like coupons. Once they saw the groupon they were pretty standoffish. Not a friendly customer experience.

It was actually Birkenstock of Palm Springs. It is a small store but has a surprisingly large inventory. Most importantly the sales person spent a lot of time making sure I got exactly the right footwear. Nice change from big stores where you can hardly get them to find you the right size!
