What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a women's only group class that creates a environment that encourages and motivates each other. We also get the opportunity to enjoy one of San Diego's greatest assets, the outdoors.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every class is different, which keeps the client engaged, and their body guessing to help burn more calories.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a passion for helping women become the best version of themselves. I know what it is like to feel like a prisoner in your own body. I learned how to break free, and want to help other women do the same.

What do you love most about your job?
I Love connecting with my clients, and watching them grow, and become happier people.
