Cafe Luna, San Diego

Service was horrendous! We have been eating at Cafe Luna for 19 years. The last two years, the services has gone done hill. This last visit to the restaurant, my husband and I told ourselves it was going to be our last! We waited 10 minutes before someone asked us if we wanted a glass of wine and no one brought bread (after another 10 minutes we had to ask). There was someone running around behind the bar in a hot pink sweatshirt pouring herself wine, we asked our server who she was and we were told she was the General Manager's sister... We had a hard time getting a second glass of wine as did we getting our bill.
