Would have loved this service but the stylist failed to disclose services that we agreed upon at the start of the consultation that were more expensive. During the appointment she applied toner to my hair and afterwards said it would be an extra charge. I told her I didn’t know it would be necessary for the style I wanted. Had I known this I would have change my idea to fit what she was offering. I compromised and said I would wave the deep conditioner service for the toner because she said they cost the same. After seeing the final look I told her it wasn’t what I wanted and that it didn’t look like the picture I showed her. She agreed to change it, this fix took another hour. After the cut and style it was late almost 10pm, she said if I want to come back and make it darker she would do it for me. For personal reasons I decided I would like to and contacted her about this. She told me it would be extra to change the color again and that she would not provide free service. After back and forth from her I decided to change my hair somewhere else. Not great communication or customer service this along with the inexperience she showed doesn’t make a good impression. Save your money.

This is not an accurate interpretation of what happened in this service. The Groupon itself reads that toners and other services are not included. I went above and beyond for this client. I have images of her hair to prove it. I also have record of the entire conversation via text. Because she is in the military they didn’t approve of the red hair color that she wanted that I applied even though it wasn’t included in the service. She asked for this service and I gave it to her out of pocket. Then two days later she asked me to re do the color because of issues with work. I told her another color service is not included in a Groupon. She received the service she wanted and then asked for more free hair. I wouldn’t have her back in my chair.
