Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company that claims to be "professional". Cut and dry version: you go in, get weighed as they try to get everything together because they're so overbooked and unorganized, you get thrown around to various people who don't understand why you're there, they don't give any weight loss advice, they try to throw you out the door ASAP. Never again.
