CycleOM's mission is to bring downtown San Diego an invigorating mind/body workout that takes less than an hour to complete. Their indoor cycling classes are led by motivating instructors and set to high-energy music from a state-of-the-art sound system. Sweat-drenched riders burn 400-800 calories per ride, sculpting strong legs and sleek abs, and improving their metabolisms. In addition to high-intensity workouts, instructors also guide guests through a mind-calming yoga session so both the body and mind have time refresh and restore. For evening classes, parking is available.
