Karen was very nice and everything was great until the styling part. While I do have fine hair, it seemed like I was getting every excuse under the sun on why my hair wasn't curling how I wanted & that "I just don't have the hair for it." Which was a shocker since nobody has EVER had this problem. Also it seemed like she did not have all of the proper tools (curling wands or irons in various sizes) and tried curling my hair with a flat iron. After 2hrs we finally got my hair to look somewhat like what I wanted, but it all fell out within about 20mins. Got back to the hotel room and hit my hair with my curling wand and had the look I wanted in about 15mins. Not exactly what I expected from a professional that has been doing this as long as she has been.

It was an amazing experience, she's wonderful. I need to completely change my hairstyle because my hair just doesn't grow and she did a wonderful job with my haircut and I can't wait to see her again for a deep conditioning treatment. Very welcoming, cute boutique, and who doesn't love to drink some wine and have great conversation while they're getting their hair done!!!
