Worst experience ever with Groupon. I wasn’t even able to use the Groupon the vendor didn’t follow through with my appointment and then never returned any calls about rescheduling

Do not use this company! Redeemed my voucher before I even scheduled the appointment. Then I scheduled the appointment and they never showed up! Won't return phone calls/texts.

Awful!!! I bought a groupon from this company. I called for an appointment at 10:40am on a Thu. A sleepy male answered an said he didnt have his appointment book to call back later. I called at noon, 2:00pm and 3:30pm leaving a voice mail. After not getting a call back, I tried again at 5:03pm. The phone was answered (I believe by the same male), he told me to call back during business hours. I asked when business hours are. He replied 9am-5pm at which I told him of all the calls I made and no one returned my voicemail. Sounding annoyed he asked when was a good time for the detail. I told him I was available anytime. He set it up for Monday at 9:30 am. On Monday, he was a no show. I did not receive a call or a text. I texted after an hour asking for the status and still have never received a call or text.

SCAM: DON NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Detailer on Demand has canceled on me twice and a no-show on one appointment. He has refused to return my calls or messages. I'm currently trying to get my money back with Groupon and ask that he is permanently removed from ever advertising his service on the website. I'm not one to leave reviews but this experience warrants one.
