I purchased this groupon for 3 massages intending to use them for my 2 daughters and I on the day of her last wedding dress fitting. The first appointment was cancelled by the spa as I was driving to the appointment because her therapist had called in sick. Then we could never get another appointment for all 3 of us at the same time because they didn't have enough therapists' on at any given time. Why have a groupon special for 3 massages if you can't accommodate 3 massages? They have not been used and I was not impressed with the customer service at this establishment. I would not recommend this spa.

They canceled my appointment 3 times before I got my first massage 2 of the times I was not alerted and showed up to be told to go home Now they are under new management with a new owner so I don't know if it's going to get better I would think so but who knows
