My inspiration to start this business is to promote a happy body, mind, and spirit by practicing integrative wellness, using Western and Eastern ways, to prevent disease and to age gracefully.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people transform their lives in so many ways, such as relief and ease from pain, emotional and mental calm, strengthening and improving relationships, looking and feeling confident in their skin.
