Alexis was lovely and gentle and my lashes look nice. They do offer upgrades, membership & products. I did the upgrade from 40 synthetic lashes to 80 cashmere lashes per eye & bought the eyelash shampoo, but you're not required to do any of that... Overall, it was a good experience.

Kat was great. She was very careful as she attached each lash and put something on the lashes so that you can put makeup on or take a shower the same day that you had lash extensions.

Such an amazing job!! I highly recommend this place! When I say comfortability ,I mean comfortability this place is the place to go to!
