I needed to use this service in Septembe before my vacation I tried calling to make an appt many times but never got an answer, I even went to the salon and no one knew were and why the lady was not responding I was very upset 2 weeks later she calls and says she had an emergency, but the salon was not informed?

I was apprehensive about getting a Brazilian wax, I usually wax myself. But I am so happy I went! Jessica was amazing. This is the cleanest, neatest, and cutest waxing place I have ever gone to. She walked me through the entire process, she gave great customer service, made me feel extremely comfortable (which isn't easy considering the nature of a Brazilian!) she was quick and efficient and did a great job. I'm always going to come here from now on, rate from 1-10 I would give it 100.
