What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I once had a mother of 3 boys come in. She was telling me how stressed she was and she’s never had a facial but wanted to do something for herself. By the time we ended she couldn’t believe how great she felt. She was so thankful for that little bit of time. She left relaxed with glowing skin and now had something just for her.
