Professional sessions will be customized to your needs using modalities such as Deep Tissue Sculpting, Sports, and Swedish; as well as Prenatal massage, if applicable. Clients will direct conversation level and aside from checking in on pressure and comfort, the sessions may be quiet and relaxing.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Courtney received her Bachelor's degree with a focus in Health and Fitness from Purdue University prior to attending school for bodywork training. Over four years of certified experience in luxury fitness resort as well as chiropractic clinic settings ensure effectiveness and care.

What do you love most about your job?
Courtney has had a genuine passion for wellness, massage therapy, and making others feel better from a young age. It's incredible that 60 minutes is all you may need for reduced tension, pain, and stress. It's an honor to be trusted as a provider of physical and emotional healing.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Many clients requesting bodywork have been held back by physical tension and/or stress. It is deeply rewarding, within an hour of meeting a new client, to receive feedback that he or she has reduced pain and stress, as well as increased flexibility and a relaxed, calm state of mind.
