This is not a professional studio and the instructor is not reliable. I have had 3 classes canceled and this morning I was completely stood up for the group session. She also doesn't make adjustments or actually teach yoga, she just leads you through poses.

To be honest, the instructor was very novice and her own level of expertise was limited. She offered very few adjustments and did not describe how to properly get into any of the postures. And there were beginners who definitely needed the proper alignment vocalization and adjustments. She did not know how to chatturanga properly and was not a very active leader. She is such a new teacher I would not recommend for anyone who is advanced, for they will far surpass her capabilities.
