I love the sense of community here. Alyssa and Angela are very professional, but know how to make classes fun and engaging. Outside of regularly scheduled classes, they also will often do outings with members, which really just strengthens our bonds and makes everyone at L8F feel like family :) Highly recommend giving them a shot. There's a variety of classes, convenient times, and every month they switch up their workout themes to keep classes fun and engaging!

I got what i paid for and more. My body never worked so hard and i needed that intense workout. It was a great way to finishe into yoga to work those muscles in my mind and body. I feel great.
