enjoy the beauty of nature and practice yoga in the most beautiful yoga studio in the world. monday 5.30-6.30pm thursday 6-7pm saturday 8-9am all classes on santa monica beach by lifeguard station #29

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
my individually designed yoga sessions are wonderful to deepen your practice, to grow and gain confidence on and off the mat. each session is characterised with specific asanas, safe alignments, pranamaya, meditation and energy healing - the students receive personalized adjustments and guidance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
beach yoga ist the most beautiful yoga studio in the world. surrounded by water is where human beings can gather their energy. our mother earth provides strong medicine in all aspects and they heal our minds, bodies, and spirits.

What do you love most about your job?
yoga is my greatest passion. as a caring human being I love to help and guide my students so they can grow, thrive and shine with a clear, open mind and a receptive heart free from fear, anger and suffering.
