The massage experience itself (with Lisa) was great! Only thing I would suggest is not doing a foot massage than working on the body/face without proper hand sanitation. I called to book the appointment over the phone & was advised the next available time slot was only for a 90 minutes window with a senior masseuse who required an additional $25 fee on top of the services. I inquired if 60 minutes was an option & was told I would have to book another time slot. I visited various locations in the area & never been told this. Even more questionable that the 2nd person that answered the phone did not mention it. I logged onto the website to verify the availability & called 5 minutes later & spoke with another representative who advised had the same time slot was available with no time restrictions - I specifically requested 60 minutes & she said there that was fine. She walked me through the steps to secure the appointment online then proceeded to tell me I had just visited the location recently & they couldn’t honor the selected rate. I let her know I had never been to this location & I had a Groupon and it seems that when that was not the response she wanted to her. Her tone and energy definitely changed with the continuous of her instructions. Upon check in, no confirmation of which massage style I would like or complimentary add-on service. The host was friendly & I only had a short wait. Post massage I was not offered any membership options to return which I would have enjoyed and probably signed up. But I only assuming since I used a Groupon they did think I would be wanting something long term. The young lady was going to let me leave without even verifying form of payment. I would definitely recommend some thorough customer service training for the host at the front desk. The experience overall once on site was decent & easy. This place is close to home so I would like to return for Lisa.

Hailey the therapist gave me a great massage with me lying on my side on the table since I get vertigo lying face down. I also had an add- on facial massage which was nice. I would definitely go back for another massage.

Hulu was my technician. I was achy after a 6 hour flight and he worked out all my stiffness. Clean environment helpful front desk staff

Excellent massage. Friendly staff. Easy check in. I will definitely be returning.
