We are affiliated with San Diego's #1 Bar Flair Team, The Flairaholiks. Because of our unique and intense training programs corporations and private bar owners of America seek us out not only to perform at their events but to train their staff as well.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
We provide everything that is needed for instruction. Students will need to bring a great atttiude and be prepared to have a lot of fun.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We found that other local schools were teaching wrong recipes and drinks that are never ordered along with false or online material. In addition it lacked passion. It is our responsibility to impact the bartending community and train bartenders not only the proper way but how to serve it with style.

What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I get paid to socialize and serve drinks to people. Even in a recession the bar industry thrives. I have fun at work. Unlike other jobs that are the same thing over and over again, a day behind the bar is a different and fun experience every day.
