Reuben was pleasant, and I was satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation, and the the recommended service and repairs for my vehicle.
The only issue was time, I got there at 8:50 for a 9 am, they did not address my vehicle till 9:15, and finished at 10:15; when I made the appointment, I was told the service would only take 40 minutes.
Make sure to leave ample time.

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and kept me waiting 2 hrs for an oil change. They had no courtesy to inform me they were crawling behind, left without the service.

Tried to use Groupon for my Tesla alignment. The manager said Groupon isn’t valid for Tesla, which isn’t stated in the fine print but is fine as long as I can pay the price difference. He then tried to scam me by saying I need to pay extra $145 on top of Groupon coupon, which would bring the total price to above $200. Very dishonest ppl work here and try to scam customers when they have a chance.
