When I came to my appointment nobody was there. After I texted Terra she texted back saying that she forgot about the appointment because some family stuff came up. I tried being understanding and asked if anything could be arranged at that day, but got no reply and a voicemail when I called. Only after some time she called me back and apologized. She didn't offer anything as an apology for wasting my time except for re-scheduling the same appointment some other time. I understand things happen, but if it's your job, you should take it more seriously and at least remember to reschedule the appointments before the customer arranges his/her schedule around it and wastes most of his/her day.
