GET THIS GROUPON! I've tried Yoga in the past in a group setting with no prior experience and I felt lost. Yes, lost at the beginners class. Enter Chris and Namaste Pacific Yoga and Wellness. In just two classes, his one-on-one sessions have made an impact on my life. It is so helpful to have someone coach me through the initial movements to ensure I am practicing correctly and to avoid injury. I already feel some great results and with Chris' guidance I expect to go much further. I highly recommend trying it out and seeing if its for you.
