The 90-year-old English tudor cottage accommodates up to 75 guests for all public-commitment-related events, including wedding ceremonies, receptions, anniversary parties, and vow-renewal ceremonies. In the cottage, couples can declare their love for each other beneath a vaulted ceiling as guests look on from rows of pews; outdoors, groups can get down on the garden patio or attempt to hide from relatives behind the gazebo's columns.
