Tried more than a half dozen times to use this groupon. Either they went out of business or just have that poor answering abilities.

Never able to use my Groupon, they closed up shop after I purchased. I could not even get refund because of disconnect between having paid with credit card that is now expired & the new updated safety code are different. Frustrating to say the least, for a cup a tea!

Was never able to redeem my voucher as no one ever answered the phone at The Royale Tea Room. I received an email from groupon saying I could go online to get a refund. Unfortunately, the link groupon provided did not work. Not a good experience all the way around. I'm expecting groupon to refund me. Right, Grouoon?
