deep pore cleansing facial with Elena - I would say it was solid, and hit my expectations! Only thing, the pore extracting process (she used her fingers + a vibrating device) was extremely painful… but I tried my best to push through it.
as for the service - she was on a chill, non-talkative vibe. Which is fine! but, verbal check ins rather than pauses of service/silence are appreciated.

“I had a really good experience here. Elena was welcoming, and she explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. This was my first Brazilian wax. The treatment itself was comfortable and much easier than I thought it would be. I appreciate how respectful and gentle she was. I’m happy I found this on Groupon!”
